REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Once we receive and fully inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Depend on where you live, the time it takes to return the package to us may vary. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. 

Sales & Clearance

Please note that items purchased through specials: promotions, sales, or clearance are final and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchange as well as all sales for accessories, swimwear, and lingerie. If you return these items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. However, if we mistakenly shipped you an incorrect merchandise or sent you a damaged item, please contact us and we will reimburse the shipping fee as well as the price of the merchandise.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank  and bank statement.
