Is your website secure?

Here at Clozila, we take security very seriously. All transactions on Clozila.com are safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all your personal information including credit card numbers, names, and addresses, so that they cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Where is my order and how do I track it?

For shipping status, the package can be tracked with the tracking number on the shipping confirmation email that was sent when the order was shipped or click here to look up the package. For domestic shipments, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the package to be delivered. If you do not receive the package within that timeframe, please contact us and an investigation will be conducted for any delivery issue.

I never received an email regarding my order and shipment of the item, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly update you on the status of your order and possibly send the information to the email address on file. We will only send information to the email address entered at check out.

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please refer to our return policy page on how to return the item to us.

I have not received my refund. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and fully inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to return the package to us may vary. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. I contacted customer service and I have not received a reply, when will I receive a reply?

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of inquiries, it can take customer service up to 24hrs to respond to your email. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently working on adding live chat on our website; it will be available soon.

I placed on order online, can I pick it up at your address?

Unfortunately, customers are currently unable to pick up online orders at our address. The order will be shipped soon. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information on shipping.
