At Clozila, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience to our customers. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items in new and unused condition with the original package within 30 days. All return request past 30 days after receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
Sales & Clearance Items
Please note that items purchased through special promotions, sales, or clearance are final, and therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges as well as all sales for accessories, swimwear, intimates, and lingerie. If you return these items, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. However, if we mistakenly shipped incorrect merchandise or sent you a damaged item, please contact us and we will reimburse the shipping fee and the price of the merchandise.
